These terms are a contract between you and [LEGAL ENTITY / SOLE-TRADER NAME] ("Grublin", "we", "us") for use of the Grublin app and website. By using Grublin you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don't use Grublin.
Grublin generates recipe suggestions from ingredients and preferences you provide, using AI. It is a cooking-inspiration tool for personal, non-commercial use.
Recipes are generated by AI and may be wrong. They can contain mistakes, unsafe combinations, incorrect quantities, or ingredients you asked to avoid.
Grublin cannot guarantee a recipe is free of any allergen or suitable for any medical, dietary or religious requirement, even where you have entered a restriction. Our automated checks reduce but do not eliminate the risk.
You must check every ingredient and product label yourself before cooking or eating, follow safe food-handling and cooking practices, and use your own judgement. If you have a serious allergy or medical condition, do not rely on Grublin. Grublin is not a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice.
The free tier allows a number of recipes per day. Once you reach the limit you can watch a rewarded ad to unlock additional recipes, or subscribe to Premium. Ad availability is provided by third parties and is not guaranteed. Free-tier saved recipes are limited and stored on your device.
Grublin Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Premium removes ads, provides unlimited recipe generation, and unlimited saved recipes.
You agree not to misuse Grublin, including: attempting to bypass usage limits or fraudulently claim ad rewards; reverse-engineering or attacking the service; using it for any unlawful purpose; or submitting content that infringes others' rights.
Grublin, its name, mascot (Grub), logo and app are owned by us. Recipe text generated for you is yours to use for your personal cooking. You must not scrape or resell recipes or operate a competing service from Grublin's output.
Grublin is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of recipes. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any illness, injury, allergic reaction or damage arising from your use of a recipe, your failure to check ingredients and labels, or reliance on AI-generated content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud). Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of [England & Wales — confirm your jurisdiction], and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction. This does not affect your mandatory consumer rights.
We may update these terms. We'll change the "last updated" date and, for significant changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
