Why kit matters

A recipe written for a fan oven is a different recipe in an Aga, a slower one in a slow cooker and an impossible one in a student room with a microwave and a kettle. Most recipe sites assume a standard kitchen and leave the translation to you. Grublin does the translation before you see the recipe.
